From September 16 to 19, 2025, a group of four Canadian journalists will take part in the first Sip and Savor initiative dedicated to the Canadian market: an exclusive press tour in the Roero region, designed to showcase the excellence of European wine and deli meats.
Over four days, participants will explore Roero’s rich cultural and gastronomic landscape through guided visits to Roero DOCG wineries, tastings, and educational sessions focused on wine and charcuterie pairings. The tour also includes encounters with local producers, traditional food artisans, and cultural landmarks that reveal the soul of this unique Italian territory.
This marks the official launch of Sip and Savor activities in Canada—an opportunity to share European authenticity and taste with the Canadian media through first-hand experience.
