Sip and Savor brings its edutainment webinar series to Canada with three engaging sessions dedicated to Roero DOCG wines and Italian salumi.

The two upcoming sessions will spotlight Italian salumi, both cured and cooked specialties, presented by celebrated Italian-Canadian chef and TV personality David Rocco. Through a dynamic and accessible format, Rocco introduces the history, culture and traditions behind IVSI-protected deli meats, offering practical serving ideas and pairing inspiration.
