From 23 to 25 August 2026, Sip and Savor: Pairing European Wines and Deli Meats will take part in TEXSOM 2026 as sponsor of the TEXSOM Trade Tasting & Exhibition, held at The Westin Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas.
Throughout the three-day event, the campaign will welcome wine professionals at its dedicated tasting desk, offering a series of guided tasting sessions featuring seven Roero DOCG wines representing the diversity of the appellation.
The tastings will be led by Dana Beninati, chef, sommelier and wine educator, who will guide participants through the characteristics of the wines and the identity of the Roero production area.
TEXSOM is one of North America’s leading events dedicated to wine education and brings together sommeliers, buyers, educators and wine professionals from across the country.
