Sip and Savor concluded its participation at IDDBA 2026, held from June 7 to 9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
Over the three days of the fair, the campaign welcomed trade professionals, buyers, importers, distributors and food industry operators at the dedicated stand. Visitors had the opportunity to discover and taste a selection of European deli meats, including Prosciutto Crudo, Mortadella and other traditional specialties promoted by the campaign. The stand attracted strong interest from operators eager to learn more about the quality, versatility and authenticity of European salumi. Tastings encouraged direct dialogue with visitors and created opportunities for new contacts and B2B meetings, confirming the growing attention of the North American market towards European deli meats.

A key moment of the initiative was the live masterclass held on Monday, June 8. The session drew significant interest from attendees, who followed the culinary demonstration and educational presentation with enthusiasm. During the masterclass, an Italian chef prepared two recipes designed to highlight the versatility of salumi: crackers with Mortadella mousse and crushed pistachios, and choux pastry filled with creamy cheese, fig compote and Prosciutto Crudo. The event also featured Davide Calderone, Director of ASSICA, who presented the Sip and Savor campaign and highlighted the cultural value, production tradition and quality standards behind the products promoted by the initiative.
