This October, Sip and Savor: Pairing European Wines and Deli Meats brings a month-long program of events, tastings, and masterclasses to Montréal, Toronto, and Québec City. The campaign, co-funded by the European Union, will showcase the elegance of Roero DOCG wines and the rich tradition of Italian deli meats through exclusive press events, consumer fairs, and educational sessions.
Highlights include an exclusive press tasting in Montréal (October 16), a series of masterclasses at RASVIPAV in Montréal and Québec City (October 18–20 and 25–27), and a press event in Toronto (October 21). Renowned experts Karyne Duplessis-Piché and Pasquale Vari will guide audiences through the art of pairing, while Joris Gutierrez Garcia, Best Sommelier of the Americas 2025, will lead dedicated sessions for sommelier schools.
