Sip and Savor is pleased to announce its participation in Winter Fancy Faire, the new annual event organized by the Specialty Food Association, taking place in San Diego from January 11th to 13th, 2026.
The show will bring together professionals, producers, and innovators from across the global specialty food community, offering a new platform for networking, discovery, and inspiration. In this dynamic setting, Sip and Savor will showcase the authenticity, quality, and contemporary appeal of European agri-food excellence in the United States.
At Booth 1006, within the Italian Pavilion, visitors will be invited to explore the world of PDO and PGI European deli meats, represented by IVSI – Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani, which embodies a long-standing tradition that combines craftsmanship, food safety, innovation, and the pleasure of sharing food at the table.
Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to taste a selection of iconic Italian deli meats, including Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Coppa, Salame, Salame, and Prosciutto Cotto, discovering products rooted in centuries of know-how and perfectly aligned with today’s expectations for quality, transparency, and taste.
